What's Included

Your registration fee covers all sessions, meal functions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Spouse/Guests are welcome to attend any or all events associated with the conference including meal functions at the $295 registration fee.

Registration Fees

Registration fee covers all sessions, meal functions, refreshment breaks, and conference materials. Registration fees are based on membership within NAPL, NPES and Printing Industries of America and will be verified upon receipt. The Spouse/Guests $295 registration fee includes attendance at any or all events associated with the conference, including meal functions. Payment must accompany registration form. Multiple registration discounts will only be applied to registrations from the same company. Registration fee does not include room charges, recreational activities or meals outside of the planned meal functions.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card - American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Diners Club and Discover. You must supply the credit card’s correct billing address for the charge to go through.

  • Check - make checks payable to GASC. We cannot accept checks for online registration.

All registration fees are in U.S. funds.

Spouse/Guest Registration

The Spouse/Guest $295 registration fee includes attendance at any or all events associated with the conference, including meal functions. Registrants will be provided the opportunity to register spouse/guests during the online registration process and/or the downloadable registration form.

Optional Items

Substitutions and Cancellations

Substitutions or changes to registrations may be made online or by contacting Carol Lee Hawkins at Email: chawkins@npes.org or Phone: (703) 264-7232.

Cancellations must be received in writing on or before Friday, January 20, 2012. Substitutions are welcome after this date.
Refunds will be issued by check. No-shows will not be refunded. 

Hotel Reservation Policies

Room Rate:  $269 + tax  for single or double occupancy.

Reservation Deadline: Wednesday, January 25, 2012. Hotel room availability cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Cancellation Policy:  The hotel cancellation policy for guests is 7 days from the reserved arrival date.  With fewer than 7 days advance notice of cancellation, a guest will be charged one night’s room rate plus tax ($269 + tax).

Hotel Room Deposit:  The hotel does not charge deposits in advance, but does require guest credit card information, and will charge one night’s room + tax fee in the event a guest cancels within 7 days, or does not show up on-site.
